About FRAcc:

1.     The studio of Frans Reinke Architecture was established in 1990.

2.     The Closed corporation was registered in 2009.

3.     Frans Reinke registered with SACAP in 2006 as an Professional Architectural Technologist.

4.     FRAcc specialises is residential architecture, comprising of single residential houses, group housing and flats.

Services include:

1.     Feasibility studies

2.     Land Use applications such as rezoning, subdivisions, consolidations, consent uses, departures and amendment to title deeds

3.     Building Plan applications such as new houses, additions and alterations, as-builts, site development plans and minor works.

Legal compliances:

1.     Registered with SACAP as an Professional Architectural Technologist

2.     Registered with SAIT as an associated member.

3.     Fees are in accordance with the stipulated gazetted fees as per The Architectural Profession Act 44 of 2000

4.     All work is done in accordance with the Board Notice 195 of 2011of the Architectural Profession Act 2000 (Act No. 44 of 2000)

5.     The services of FRAcc is in strict accordance with the Code of Conduct of the Architectural Profession Act 2000 (Act No. 44 of 2000)
